What personal data do we collect?
When you request services or make enquiries from us through this website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number, email address.
When we provide our services to you, we will require identification details, company information and depending on the service provided, other categories of personal data such as verification documents. We will always tell you why we need any such documentation or personal and business data.
If you apply for a vacancy, you will normally send us an application letter or email and your Curriculum Vitae.

We do not use Google Analytics for remarketing or to offer you other services.
As a licensed Company Service Provider, we are obliged to collect Identification, Verification and other documentation to meet our Anti-Money Laundering Obligations.
Our website access logs are only collected for tracking visits to our site for statistical and performance optimisation purposes and to assist should any visitor, including you, not be able to access websites.
If you apply for a vacancy, our directors and/or team managers will receive this Curriculum Vitae for evaluation.
What do we do with your information?
Your personal information is stored in our online processing system and company information systems which are based within the European Union. We do not share your information within our group/sister companies ort third parties that are based inside or outside of the European Union unless this is needed for the performance of a contract. We would inform you of such sharing information and provide you an opportunity to agree or disagree with such a transfer.
We may be requested as well to provide any information collected from you to the relevant authorities, including the Malta Financial Services Authority, the Financial Intelligence and Analysis Unit and other law enforcement bodies.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How long do we keep your information for?
We will retain personal data related to enquiries received for up to one year after the communication’s scope if exhausted to safeguard our legitimate interests for tracking enquiries.
We are obliged to keep identification, verification and other relevant documentation about our clients and their transactions for a minimum of 5 years after termination of your relationship with us due to Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
We keep your order information for up to 10 years after purchase due to statutory tax and company record keeping obligations.
If you are not selected for a particular vacancy you applied for, we will retain submitted vacancy application and submitted documentation, including Curriculum Vitae, for up to 6 months for consideration should a related vacancy arise.
Personal data not needed as per above will then be removed.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information or transmit it to another entity and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
